Conference fees
You are welcome to register at the venue, but please note that online registration is now closed.

Early Bird Conference Registration Fees are valid until Monday, 21 May 2010
Regular £615.00 (+ £107.63 VAT= £722.63)
Student ‡ £310.00 (+ £54.25 VAT= £364.25)

Standard Conference Registration Fees

Regular £675.00 (+ £118.13 VAT= £793.13)
Student ‡ £340.00 (+ £59.50 VAT= £399.50)

Conference registration includes:

  1. attendance at Fusion 2010 from Tuesday, 27 until Thursday, 29 July 2010
  2. attendance at the Icebreaker Reception (26 July), Welcome Reception (27 July)
  3. admission to the Plenary Talks, Parallel Technical Sessions, Parallel Special Sessions, and Panel Sessions
  4. a year’s membership to the International Society of Information Fusion (ISIF)
  5. a copy of the CD Conference Proceedings, which includes all the Conference papers
  6. a conference programme booklet including a detailed schedule and delegate list 

Please note that the conference registration does not include the tutorials

Please note that the tutorials are not included in the cost of the conference registration fee.
Registration for tutorials on Monday, 26 July 2010 includes lunch and tutorial support documents.

Purchasing additional items:

You are welcome to purchase additional tickets for the FUSION 2010 Receptions.

Conference Dinner £65.00 (+ £11.38 VAT= £76.38)
Welcome Reception £20.00 (+ £3.50 VAT= £23.50)

Authors:
Presenting authors, participating co-authors, committee members and session chairs are not exempt from paying registration fees.

All accepted manuscripts must be uploaded in their final form by the submission deadline, Monday, 21 May, 2010.

Each accepted paper will require that at least one author is registered with full registration fee to ensure it is included in the Fusion 2010 programme. Each author is allowed to present up to two papers per registration; additional papers will be charged at half the registration fee up to a maximum of four papers. 

The deadline for author registration and payment is Monday, 21 May, 2010.

Students‡
Students can register at the student rate provided their application is endorsed by their Professor or Head of Department. The student fee will only support one paper. If a student would like to present two papers he/she will have to register at the regular conference rate. 

The deadline for student registration and payment is Monday, 21 May 2010.

Currency:
Please note that foreign currency credit/debit card transactions for Fusion 2010 were processed in GBP Sterling.  Delegates must also be aware that the Institution is not responsible for any gains or losses as a result of fluctuations in the Exchange rate.

UK Value Added Tax (VAT)
To comply with the UK Law, the delegate fees and the payment of sponsorship must include UK Valued Added Tax (VAT). Non-UK businesses can recover the relevant VAT by completing and submitting Form 65A to the UK tax authorities. EU VAT registered Businesses can recover the relevant VAT by making a claim on their respective tax authority’s website. To qualify for the VAT refund, certain conditions and requirements have to be fulfilled in accordance with UK VAT Public Notice 723A. Conference Refund Policy:

All participants registering less than one week before the date of the event are advised to bring a copy of their registration form with them.


Cancellation: 
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received, charges will be as follows:

  1. 32 + days before event start date = Full refund
  2. 15-31 days before event start date = 50% of fee
  3. 0-14 days before event start date = No refund

 

Data protection:

The information you provide upon registration will be provided to ISIF and to the organisers of future Fusion conferences. By providing us with your email address and/or mobile phone number you agree that we may contact you by electronic means for the purposes of keeping you informed of products and events relevant to you.
